A normal city, just like all the rest in America... at least, that's what most onlookers think. Fairview is home to an underground music scene that may just house the next big rock icons.
The entire city is swarming with the youth; the dominate the underground and conquer the nights. They're young, reckless, hormone-driven, and they're all determined to stand in the spotlight.
