I guess we're uncle and neice, or step-father and step-daughter, but we could use the whole possibility of Gordon being Barbara's biological father like they touch on in the comics though to make things interesting right?

Maria actually went through our big conversation, and thinks it's a good idea! So we'll definitely be touching that! As for when and how, I'm not sure yet.

Irritation to her, fought with her, and hate by association pretty much sum up their relationship. Perhaps that may have been former almost-sorta friends? Wayyy back when Harley, you know, gave a feeble attempt to thwart the villains in Gotham with her faux-psychology talents?

That would be been quickly squished out by her developing hate for the 'Batfamily' and what they were doing to the Joker of course, but still...

It would definitely make sense for Anna and Babs to know each other, even be friends, given the connections they have with Jim and everything.

Relationships: know by association, almost friends/regular friends They've worked together as Huntress and Oracle, but don't know eachother outside of crime-fighting. Barbara does know that Huntress is really Helena Bertinelli, but Helena has no idea who Oracle (or any of the Bat Family) is behind the mask. Also, Barbara probably, doesn't approve of Helena's violent methods and Helena is a bit envious of how noble Oracle and the others are able to be. Eventually, I think it might be interesting to have Helena somewhat accepted into the group to the point where she knows who they are...but that's definetly for a later time. We need a Bruce first! :)
