SELENA KYLE
AKA: THE CATWOMAN

Selena Kyle, as the majority of Gotham City knows her, is a beautiful and charismatic socialite, always present at the poshest of events, and always walking down some kind of red carpet. She's a local celebrity who is, allegedly, the daughter of a German export/import tycoon who is too busy spending his trillions to ever visit his daughter. Selena Kyle is radiant, and when she walks into a room, all eyes are on her. The simple bat of an eyelash, the flash of a smiled, the tossing of her hair, is an absolute spectacle. She is also a hot topic in the Gotham tabloids, many rumors swirling around that she and Bruce Wayne are in some kind of romantic affair. Whether that is true or not has not been confirmed, Selena always brushes the question off insisting, "Bruce is a great man, and a close friend, that is all". The second side of Selena is the notorious thief, and Batman nemesis, Catwoman. Catwoman is an embodiment of what men desire, she's sultry, seductive, sexy, and dangerous. She likes to play with her enemies, and slip away while they are left dazed and confused.

Friends-----For Selena Kyle the socialite are very common, but they will only be the wealthy, or influential. There are very few people that Selena would let in, only people she has a great deal of respect for have the qualifications to be her close or best friends. Catwoman on the other hand would have a few friends that are strictly other villains. Catwoman is no fool, she knows that villains, true villains, don't keep friends. Catwoman would probably had accomplices, acquaintances, or frenemies.

Enemies-----Selena Kyle would probably have a few of these. The lifestyle of the rich and famous is full of whispers behind backs, and false friendships. Like every woman of high standing Selena would have those who dislike, and maybe even loathe her for her social standing. Catwoman would have MANY enemies. She's kind of an anti-villain in some sense, she does not desire control, power, or like the Joker chaos. She only desires treasure, riches, and rare artifacts. This fact may get on the nerves of some of Gotham's more infamous villains. Catwoman has also been known to double cross her peers, turning them in to Batman, but always to accomplish her own goals. But who knows? If the right deal comes around she maybe be very interested in making Batman jump through some hoops.

Lovers-----Selena Kyle, although she does not admit it, has a massive infatuation with Bruce Wayne, but that does not mean she is not open to romantic flings with other men. Selena is a fierce and sultry lover, and she chooses only the men she thinks are handsome, charming, and of high social classes...usually. There could possibly a man that steals her heart, a handsome stranger, who is not a member of Gotham's elite. Catwoman on the other hand would not have a lover. She is fiercely independent, and likes to work alone. Plus, she is fiercely committed to taunting and teasing Batman.

Others-----Anything else you have in mind? Just say! There are many other relationships out there that are just begging to be explored. I'm sure we'll think of something.

Reason? As Batgirl, Barbara and Selena were automatically enemies. The Bat-Family and the feline teamed up on a few occasions, but Selena's passion for theft always kept a firm line between the two groups. But that didn't stop Barbara from helping Selena if she ever asked, even though she usually ended up being double-crossed. After Barbara's accident, Selena became something of a friend and has offered her services to Oracle. The two make tense allies, but allies nevertheless. But only when they both need something from the other.

Reason? It would be a great deal easier for me to bite off my own fingers, one by one (not to mention far less painful), than to try and explain this debauched relationship. But you'll get what's coming to you, Miss Selena. You can't always land on your feet.
