Alright so sense I'm lazy I will make the plottage thing as people post here. You tell me what type of relationship you want to have with Lucian and I'll do the rest. Okay?
Since I'm so freaking nice I'll put his personality here.
Queit: Lucian is very quiet. He doesn't talk often. He believes that actions speak louder then words. He doesn't like people who talk to much either. They bother him. He can't stand to be bothered by crap like that. Even though he is most of the time.
Angry: Lucian is angry most of the time even though he doesn't like to show it. He tries to keep a smile on his face to avoid showing his anger. He can't stand being bothered while angry. He doesn't have much self control but he tries. His anger can be seen in his eyes. As well as his body language.
Flirt: Lucian always finds himself talking to girls. He loves talking to them. Even if he gets turned down it doesn't bother him. He never stops flirting with girls. He can find himself talking about absolutely nothing but still making conversation. He wants to find the girl of his dream though.
Funny: He is quite funny too. Lucian loves to make people laugh. Even if it's over the stupidest things. He also is a bit sarcastic about things. Making jokes to the people he kills before he kills them. He doesn't think of himself as that funny. He just makes jokes to make himself laugh. He could careless about others.

What your character thinks of him: "Lucian is the perfect hit-man. He's handsome and charming, so people automatically like him. They let their guard down and they trust him and, when they least expect it, well...you know. But, yeah, if you want the best, he's your guy. If you want a compassionate human being, you'll have better luck at Arkham."
What he thinks of you: Barbara is a pretty woman. It's a shame what happened to her. Yet she is very smart so I guess it's fate. I've given her information before and have gotten some in return so were ok. To bad shes related to the commissioner. He's on my list.
Joker

"Lucy is okay at what he does, I'll give him that. But I don't trust him, not in a million years. He acts...too much like me. And I'm me, and I'm the only me. Ever. So I'm not going to have another me in this town. I have this...feeling, that he's after something, and the thing about power is that everyone wants it. If you're on top, the only place to go is down. He's a hit man, and I know hit men. I doubt he'd pass an opportunity to kill me; there's a lot of people that wouldn't. To be the person who kills little old me, and to get paid for it? The chance of a lifetime. But Lucy doesn't get it; two can play this game, and I always win. "
What he thinks of you: All the Joker is a sick freak. He must get off to some of the disgusting things he does. He's okay for now until his card comes up. Then the joke will be on him. For I will have he last laugh. Besides anyone who calls me Lucy should die.

What your character thinks of him: She's not even certain he exists, what with all the time she spends working for Doctor Crane in Mister Cobblepot's basement lab. Though if he's ever spent time in The Penguin's sprawling mansion, chances are she's spied him at one time or another... and thinks nothing more of him than another brainless thug that does The Penguin's bidding. Much as she, herself, does... you know - minus that whole brainless thug part.
What he thinks of you: Seen her around once in the streets. Maybe more then that but I don't pay much attentions to strangers.
