Dick created this group when he returned to Gotham as Nightwing. Long story short, he created it as a team that could function without the help of the Batman. Of course Batman knows about it but he is not linked to it in any form or fashion. It has been created so that Gotham will have a viable and competent team that will be able to protect Gotham in Batman's absence.
Right now I need members who are interested in joining. The roster can include heroes and anti-heroes. As of now they are adapting to the absence of the Batman and one can say they are over whelmed simply because of the fact that villains and criminals are over running Gotham. Dick is at the point where he realizes that he may have to take up the mantle of the Batman and he is coordinating a way to organize Gotham Knights where a couple of them are responsible for protecting a particular sector of Gotham City. If your interested just post here or pm me. We can sort out what the member of the Gotham Knights is responsible for. You can give me an idea of that or I can just assign you.
