Physical Appearance:
There are many things that make the Joker who he is. Not just how he acts and what he does but also the way he looks. For example, his horrific smile, and his green hair, his bleached white face, and his red lips. Sometimes he carries a walking stick with him. He looks someone like a clown basically but he is more than what you think. He has the appearance of a sadistic clown, that is very dangerous. The reason why he looks the way he does is because he fell in a vat of Axis Chemicals. You will mostly see The Joker wearing a purple suit, since it basically represents him, not only that he just likes the color purple.

His Physical Appearance is what sets the character off. When you see the character, you don't see a normal looking guy roaming around you see a man with the skin that could make your heart drop. You see a smile that would make you quiver in fear. You see eyes that make you believe their innocent at first but once your drawn in you see the eyes of someone who's willing to hurt you in unimaginable ways just to get a good laugh. But that's only the half of it. He has the laugh that makes you wish you could go back home where you could be safe, but even if you were at home. That doesn't make you safe. Joker looks like a clown yes, but clowns don't have permanent horrifying smiles. The Joker does.

His smile is skin deep, his smile is permanent. His skin is permanently white, as well as his hair being green, which all is caused by the vat of chemicals that he fell into.
Played By: Jack Nicholson (I know there are some Heath Ledger fans out there, he was a good Joker but I just thought that Jack Nicholson looked like a better joker. What I mean is, he had more of a Joker look to him, well in my opinion.
Strengths:
He's very intelligent which makes it easy to plot things such as destroying a town, killing someone, etc. He's second strength is the fact that he knows how Batman thinks as well as he knows who Batman is behind the mask which only makes things easier for him. His third strength is he knows how to pull stunts and most of the time not get caught. He has henchmen to do his dirty work at times. He also switches to different hideouts from time to time which can be another strength because it makes it harder for him to be spotted.
Weaknesses:
Harley Quinn, though her always around him sometimes gets in his way and messes up his plans, he still cares for her. She's the only one he cared about. His second weakness is that he's only human, sure he's the most craziest, demented, twisted, killer ever known to man but that doesn't change the fact that he's only human. He can die the same way other humans die. One shot to the head, and he's dead...dead as a door knob. His last weakness is his nemesis, Batman. Batman is the opposite of him, he dislikes Batman..correction, he hates Batman and with a passion too. But it seems that he can't kill him, he tried so many times but has failed.
Personality Traits:
He is literally a Psychopath, because he will do crazy things that others wouldnt even think about doing. He's Dark, because he cares about no one. The only one he probably cares about is Harley Quinn. He loves to kill people, for his own amusement. He's Goofy at times, he loves to make jokes and pull stunts that only hurt people. Others suffering makes him happy. The man is one crazy individual. Some just think that this guy might not even be human. He's called the Joker for a reason. Joker was one who would try to get exactly what he wanted and when he wanted. The Joker is also a master criminal, whose characterization has varied from a violently sadistic sociopath who murders people, causes chaos and commits crimes for his own amusement, to a goofy and virtually harmless trickster-thief. The character is the archenemy of Batman, and has been responsible for numerous tragedies in the Caped Crusader's life, including the paralysis of Barbara Gordon

History: The Joker is a master criminal with a clown-like appearance, including bleached white skin, red lips, and green hair.
He is criminal, who so excels at theft and murder that they no longer provide any thrill for him. In the course of a particular theft, he encounters Batman. The encounter jolts him out of his depression; he is inspired and amused by Batman's ludicrousness. Revitalized, he launches into a crime spree to toy with Batman. The conflict between him and Batman becomes so heated that Batman chooses to hand him over to the mob, who wants him dead. Grateful, the mob abducts him and takes him to a chemical plant to torture and murder him. Despite Batman's efforts to rescue him (having regretted his decision), an accident occurs and he is swept away with chemicals, producing the Joker. After that he was way more crazier, and insane then ever before.
The Joker commits crimes with countless "comedic" weapons such as razor-sharp playing cards, acid-spewing flowers, cyanide pies, and lethally electric joy buzzers and Joker venom, a deadly poison that infects his victims with a ghoulish rictus grin as they die while laughing uncontrollably. This venom comes in many forms, from gas to darts to liquid poison, and has been his primary calling card from his first appearance. The Joker is immune to his venom. The Joker is highly intelligent and very skilled in the fields of chemistry, genetics, and engineering. He is shown as very computer literate.
After Scarecrow and the Joker team up and kidnap the mayor of Gotham City, Scarecrow turns on the Joker and uses his fear gas to see what Joker is afraid of. To Scarecrow's surprise, the gas has no effect on Joker, who in turn beats him with a chair.
The Joker has been referred to as the Clown Prince of Crime, the Harlequin of Hate, and the Ace of Knaves.
The Joker's victims have included men, women, children, and even his own henchmen. The Joker once gassed an entire kindergarten class. The Joker is reported to have killed well over 2,000 people.
Joker has a variety of weapons at his disposal. For example, the flower he wears in his lapel sprays acid. The Joker has a gun which at first shoots a flag saying "BANG!", but then, with another pull of the trigger, the flag fires and impales its target. His most recurring gadget is a high-voltage hand-buzzer, which he uses to electrocute his victims with a handshake. Sometimes he commits crimes just for the fun of it, while on other occasions, it is part of a grand scheme; Batman has been noted to say that the Joker's plans make sense to him alone. His capricious nature, coupled with his violent streak, makes him the one villain that the other super-villains fear.

[/center][/size]The Joker was sitting down in an abandoned warehouse which he chose to be a hiding place until the place is clear in Gotham City. You see Batman was not only a strong and quick hero, but he was intellegent too. Joker had to go somewhere that even Batman wouldn't even think of looking. He was sitting in an old black torn leather chair which was behind an old and destroyed desk.
All of a sudden someone walked in. It took a while before he could see the person because it was real dark inside. The more the guy came closer the more familiar the guy seemed to be. They guy stood infront of the desk and Joker realized who it was. It was one of his old henchmen that tried to back stab him in order to get the money that they had just got for killing an old rich man. The man looked at Joker and he explained. "Mister J...I'm so sorry!!!...You have to believe me it was..." he was saying until Joker interrupted him.
Joker walked over too him and shook his head and he walked him over by the window. He smiled and spoke in a normal tone. "Hey...no need to sorry!!!...I am the only one who should be sorry!" he said as the guy was looking him into his eyes. He then looked at the maniac and said. "JJ What do you mean...I mean I was the one who..." Joker interrupted him once more. "Well, it looks like I'm going to have to show you!" He said with a sadistic laugh as they guy yelped as Joker threw him out of a 6 story window. Joker then yelled out..."Bye the way...I'm so sorry...not!....I'm glad your dead." He then sat right back down thinking of a plan. He waited for two of his other henchemen to get done tracking down Batman. Where was Batman?....Could Batman already know where he is located? It looks like he would just have to find out. "He continued to sit there as he picked up a wine cup filled with wine. "Batman.......will die!" he said before laughing his signature terrifying laugh.
Hours later, the rest of his henchmen came in. He had them all lined up. He smiled at all of them. He looked at the one who was sweating the most and walked over too him. "You look exausted, let me help you with that!" he said with a chucke shortly before he took his gun and shot him dead. He looked to the rest who's eyes grew to the size of a quarter when they seen him kill one of their partners. "You see, it goes like this......you succeed in your job and you live......and if you don't well....let's just say you don't want to end up like your friend now do you?
One of the guys had the nerve to speak up while Joker was still speaking. "But, boss we did our best!" Joker smiled and nodded. "Your right, you did your best! Allow me to...give you your props!" he said with a evil grin as he held out his hand. His worker shook his hand but Joker held his hand harshly allowing him to get electrocuted by the electric shocking, high voltage hand buzzer. And held on to his hand while he was burning to a crisp while laughing like a mad man. " He let go and the man dropped to the ground. "Never interrupt me when i'm speaking!" he said with a smile. He looked to everyone. "What are you still standing there for?..Get to work!"
Everyone nodded and quickly left to go back to do what Joker had told them to do earlier that they had not succeeded at. Meanwhile, Joker went back to his seat and sipped some wine. He had poured another cup for Harley and tried to get things to look nice. He put out a purple rug. Harley walked through the door only to get the suprise of her life. She didn't think she'd see Joker here at all. "Honey, guess who?" he said lightly in the dark. Harley could probably tell who it was automatically. Joker simply got up, and headed toward Harley. He grabbed her hand and looked up at her only to kiss her gently on the lips. "It's been a long time Harley, just think.....Gotham is now ours! It's finally in the palm of my hands, and the Bats is gone....permanently, either that or he gave up and decided to throw away those tights!" he said smiling.
Joker walked with her to his desk and gave her the cup of wine that he poured for her. "So you suprised to see me?" he asked. He really didn't care if she was suprised or not, she knew that he would always be around so what was there to explain. "Finally,....Batman is done for!" he said smiled. He was happy. With one hand around Harley's waist as she sipped her wine. He drank his wine. He pulled out a card revealing it to be a Batman card. "Gotham...is MINE!!!!" he said as he began to laugh maniacally. He was proud to say it to. He finally got what he wanted. Not just that, Joker would always make sure that he got what he wanted.
