it's been almost a year since the alledged death of Harvey Dent, and since the Joker was once again put into the maximum security of Arkham Asylum. Things are getting restless - the general peace and small crime Gotham endured seems to be leading up to one big event in the month of October: the one-year memoral ceramony for the once-white knight, Harvey Dent. What exactly are the criminals of Gotham planning to do? Is Harvey really dead? One thing is for certain:
Whatever is going down, it's going to start with Arkham Asylum.
