Set in the canon universe, Kousen takes place over two centuries after the events of the main series. The main characters, Naruto and his compatriots, are now merely legends and the peace the boy from Konoha established is beginning to fade. The environment is rife with political strife and war seems to be just around the corner. A perfect time for new heroes to rise up and lead this new world.
