The year is 1993. Harry Potter has just started his third year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. His enemy, Voldemort, is trying to come back into power. With the many mutants and metahumans rapidly coming out of the closet, good wizard Ablus Dumbledore is currently trying to gather forces for the Order of the Phoenix. Voldemort's Death Eaters are also recruiting the darker mutants and metas to work with them. While both sides of the magical community prepare for the inevitable return of The Dark Lord, the JLA, The Avengers, the Teen Titans, the Fantastic Four, and the X-Men are dealing with not only forces from the magical world, but supervillains and even threats from outer space as well.
